What people are saying:
— his is a fun little place with a good variety of tasty and tipsy treats. It’s a bit out of my way, but I do plan to come back and indulge again and again. Price is slightly above average, but not bad. Service was personable and quick. Very little indoor seating. Some outdoor seating is available. P.S. The spoons are sharp…be careful!
— Best ice cream in St. Louis. Hand’s down. My suggestion if you are visiting St. Louis is to get the Gooey Butter Cake Ice Cream. You won’t find it anywhere outside St. Louis. It’s truly unique. Other suggestions are the Toffee Butter and the Bourbon with Candied Pecans. This place is tad on the expensive side, but a local spot that has high quality ice cream!
— Tucked away at the very end of the street, a little hideaway known as Clementine’s awaits. A friend pointed it out to me and I’m so glad they did. Plenty of flavors for everyone, as well as a few for the adults. The maple bourbon with candied almonds sounded interesting, but not necessarily up my alley. It was a wonder! It’s flavor exceeded my expectations and danced a happy little jig in my mouth. I can’t wait to try the rest!
— So, Ted Drewes is great but this place has the best ice cream in St Louis. My favorites are the gooey butter cake and midnight pleasure. However, all of their ice creams are delicious and their naughty ice creams (made with alcoholic beverages) have an awesome taste and a rare treat.
— Delicious! The friendly staff let us try just about every flavor they had. They have some amazing options – our favorites were the (boozy) maple bourbon, intense chocolate, decadent coffee, and brown butter pecan. The flavors come through wonderfully. Hands down the best ice cream I’ve had in St. Louis!
